Attract like-minded people. Not everyone will like you and that's ok. You need to like yourself. Create content and produce work that stems from a place of value, authenticity, relevance and engagement. I'm seeing too many people trying to position themselves and copy influential people's behavior and style in order to gain popularity or authority. It always shows when it's not authentic. There's nothing more powerful than being you and embracing your unique strengths and flaws, having your own style. I have so much respect for real and raw people who walk the talk, love what they do and do it with passion. And what I love even more is when they bring that authenticity & action to a workplace or their own business venture and inspire others to be the best version of themselves and empower them to be true to themselves. This is what thought leadership to me is and that's exactly why Gary Vaynerchuk resonates so well with me and millions of other like-minded people.
